Tawny Nicole Casallo is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANP), with over nine years of nursing experience in medical-surgical and dialysis care. She is known for her thoughtful, patient-focused approach and strives to make every visit comfortable, welcoming, and tailored to each patient.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Touro University Nevada and completed clinical training in family practice, women’s health, pediatrics, mental health, and dermatology. Nicole has a strong passion for skin health and aesthetics, with experience in skin assessments, supporting the management of common dermatologic concerns, and performing aesthetic services, including neuromodulators and dermal filler injections.
Nicole takes a patient-centered approach to dermatologic care, combining her clinical knowledge with an eye for natural results. She works closely with each patient to address skin concerns, promote overall skin health, and deliver safe, effective outcomes.
